We wish to welcome you to MyHappyStreet but ask that you read our terms and conditions before you enter to win. By continuing to browse the MyHappyStreet website and use it to get money in return for reviews, you are automatically entering into an agreement to comply with our terms and conditions of use. Our terms and conditions work with our privacy and cookies policies and form the basis of your use of our website.

1. Definitions

  • IP (Intellectual Property): Refers to all creative work related to MyHappyStreet, treated as an asset, including trademarks, copyrights, patents, and design rights.
  • Website: Refers to MyHappyStreet (myhappystreet.co.uk) and includes any notifications, such as emails, you have subscribed to.
  • Cashback: Commission earned by MyHappyStreet from Participating Retailers that is credited to the member's account when a task is completed.
  • Cashback Bonus: Additional funds credited to the member's account by MyHappyStreet either through winning a daily draw or by completing all 15 levels on the MyHappyStreet Level Programme page.
  • Participating Retailers (or Advertisers): Providers of goods, services, or tasks that are part of the Cashback Bonus program.
  • Approved Transactions: Transactions that have been authorised and recorded as completed between the member and Participating Retailers.
  • Level: A tier within the MyHappyStreet Level Programme where members can find tasks to complete. Members need to complete only one task per Level, and it must be an Approved Transaction to receive Cashback.
  • Amber Level: A pending Level waiting to be approved.
  • Green Level: A completed Level, this is when the task has been approved and Cashback can then be added to the member’s account.
  • Red Level: When a task that has tracked but has then been rejected by the Participating Retailer for not meeting all of the terms and conditions.
  • Completed Task: A task that has been clicked on through the link on MyHappyStreet, tracked, and approved by the Participating Retailer, turning the level green. This also includes tasks that have been manually approved upon receipt of satisfactory evidence of full completion of the task.
  • Confirmed Earnings: Monetary funds earned from validated tasks available for withdrawal when all 15 Levels have been completed.
  • Locked Level: If the Level has a lock symbol on it, then the Level has not yet been opened.
  • Pending: A task that has been completed, tracked by the Participating Retailer, and awaiting final review to ensure the member has met all the required terms and conditions. This can take up to 15 days.
  • Proof of ID: Occasionally requested proof of identity as part of fraud checks, which must match the account information.
  • Rejected Task: A task that has been tracked but then rejected by the Participating Retailer, turning the level red, for not meeting all the terms and conditions.
  • Stored Value: A monetary value, often stored in card form, such as a prepaid card. The Cashback in a member's account does not represent stored value and becomes accessible only when the member cashes out, and the cash is transferred to their PayPal™ account.
  • Task: An action within a Level that a member can complete to earn Cashback. Members need to complete only one task per Level, and it must be an Approved Transaction to receive rewards.
  • Tracking/Tracked: A task that has been clicked on by the member, creating a Click History in their Account and has been received by the Participating Retailer, turning the Level Amber.
  • Transaction: The actions taken by the Member to complete a task, e.g., when they visit a Participating Retailer’s website to make a purchase or sign up for a free trial.
  • Validated: A task that has been completed by the member and has been confirmed as fulfilling all the Terms and Conditions by the Participating Retailer, turning the Level Green.

3. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Any substantive changes will be effective from the date posted on the website. Registered users will be notified of such changes via email or through the website messaging system. By continuing to use the website after changes are posted, you agree to the updated terms. It is recommended that you check the terms and conditions each time you visit the website to stay up-to-date.

6. Accessing MyHappyStreet

This website is free of charge and available to all members of the UK public, including those in Northern Ireland. We cannot guarantee that the website will be continually available or completely uninterrupted. MyHappyStreet reserves the right to suspend, withdraw, discontinue, or change any aspect of the website without notice. We are not liable for users' inability to access or use our website or if there is an interruption to use for any reason.

7. Your MyHappyStreet Account

By creating an account on MyHappyStreet, you can enter our competitions and draws available throughout the website. All account information is confidential and should not be disclosed to others. If you suspect your account has been compromised, notify us at max@myhappystreet.co.uk.

If you create a user account, it is your responsibility to keep its details valid and up-to-date. MyHappyStreet is not liable for any failure to update your profile details. You are responsible for any content you publish or display on the website and must ensure you have the right to upload such content. Users are prohibited from opening multiple accounts or submitting multiple entries to a single draw. MyHappyStreet reserves the right to terminate such accounts and void their entries.

8. PayPal and Alternative Payments

All users of MyHappyStreet should preferably have a valid PayPal email address to redeem their winnings. Alternatively, we can send you an Amazon E-Voucher. We prefer not to do direct transfers as we do not want your banking details.

9. Cashback Bonus Report

This feature is launching alongside the MyHappyStreet Level Program and will track all tasks starting from September 13, 2024. Please note, any tasks completed before this date will not be recorded in the Cashback Bonus Report. However, any bonus earned prior to September 13, 2024, will be added to your Cashback Bonus Report, ensuring that you do not lose any accrued bonus.

10. MyHappyStreet Draws and Competitions

  • Main Draw: The main draw is held daily at 12:00 PM (noon) UK time. The draw runs for a 24-hour period, from 12:00 PM until the next draw at 12:00 PM the following day. If the prize is not claimed within this 24-hour window, the participant forfeits any claim to the prize, and the main draw prize rolls over to the next day. The main draw continues to roll over daily until a winner claims the prize.

When you register for MyHappyStreet, you will not be able to enter the draw currently running on the day of your registration. Instead, you will be entered into the next day’s main draw.

  • Other Draws: All other draws on the MyHappyStreet website are reset daily. Unlike the main draw, these prizes do not roll over and must be claimed within the specific timeframe provided for each draw. If unclaimed, the prizes are forfeited and do not carry over to the next draw.
  • MyHappyStreet Level Programme:  When you participate in the MyHappyStreet Level Programme, Participating Retailers pay us a commission for your Approved Transactions, which is credited to your MyHappyStreet Account as earnings. To withdraw your Cashback, you must complete at least one task at each Level, complete all 15 Levels, and ensure that each Level has turned green. Alternatively, if your street wins and you claim your prize, the accrued Cashback Bonus will be added to your winnings, and the Levels will reset.

13. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits MyHappyStreet’s liability for personal injury or death arising from negligence or fraud. To the extent permitted by English law, MyHappyStreet excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions that may apply to the website or its content.

MyHappyStreet will not be liable for loss or damage caused by a virus, distributed denial-of-service attack, or other harmful material affecting your computer. It is your responsibility to configure your information technology and use your own virus protection software before accessing the website.

14. Viruses and Security

MyHappyStreet does not guarantee that the website will be secure or free from viruses or other malicious, harmful third-party software. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programs, and platform in order to access the website. 17. Applicable Law

These terms, their subject matter, and their formation are governed by English law. You agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the use of MyHappyStreet.
