1. Who can participate in MyHappyStreet?

To participate, you must be over 18 years old and a resident of the UK, including Northern Ireland.

2. How do I register for MyHappyStreet?

You can register by providing an email address and your postcode. Only one street name and email address can be registered per participant. Duplicate registrations will be removed.

3. What payment methods are available for winners?

Winners can receive payments via a valid PayPal email address linked to their account. If you do not have PayPal, we can issue an Amazon E-Voucher instead. We do not offer bank transfers or request any banking details.

4. What should I do if I need to update my details?

If you move or need to change your email address, contact us at max@myhappystreet.co.uk to update your details. Please note that any changes are subject to security checks.

5. What happens if my account becomes inactive?

If your account is inactive for an extended period, it may be temporarily deactivated. You can reactivate your account by logging in again, but you won’t be eligible for prizes drawn during the period of inactivity.

6. How does the daily draw work?

Every day at 12 pm, all registered street names are entered into a computerized draw, and a random street is selected. Only participants registered before the draw are eligible to win.

7. How do I claim my prize if I win?

If your street is selected, you must claim your prize by 11:59 am the next day. If you don’t claim it within this timeframe, the prize will roll over to the next main draw.

8. What happens if more than one person from my street claims the prize?

If multiple people from the winning street claim the prize, it will be equally divided among all legitimate claimants. We recommend coordinating with your street members to avoid disputes.

9. What if I miss the notification or can’t access the website?

We are not responsible for missed prizes due to not receiving notification emails or the website being unavailable. It is your responsibility to check the website regularly for updates.

10. What does “rollover” mean in MyHappyStreet?

A rollover occurs when a prize from the main draw is unclaimed. In this case, the prize amount is added to the next main draw, increasing the CashPot. Rollovers do not apply to other types of draws.

11. What is the Cashback Bonus Program?

The Cashback Bonus Program allows you to earn additional rewards by completing tasks online. You can claim your Cashback bonus in one of two ways:
   - If your registered street wins any draw.
   - If you complete all 15 levels on the Bonus page.

12. How do I complete the 15 levels on the Bonus page?

The Bonus page consists of 15 levels, each containing multiple tasks such as free trials, surveys, and competitions. You need to complete at least one task on each level to progress. Once all 15 levels are marked as complete (Green), you can claim your Cashback bonus.

13. How do I track my progress through the Cashback Bonus Program?

Your progress is tracked through color-coded levels:
   - Amber Level: A task has been completed and is awaiting confirmation, which can take up to 3 days to update and up to 15 days to turn Green.
   - Green Level: The task is confirmed, and the level is marked as complete.
   - Red Level: A task was rejected due to not meeting the advertiser’s terms and conditions.

14. How do I cash out my Cashback bonus?

Once all 15 levels are Green, a claim button will appear, allowing you to request your Cashback bonus. You can also claim the Cashback bonus if your street wins any draw or PayPal details under the “My Account” tab to receive your money.

15. Can I continue earning after completing all levels?

Yes, you can continue to earn by completing more tasks even after finishing all 15 levels and cashing out your Cashback bonus. We regularly add new tasks, so check back often for more opportunities.

16. What are the security checks for prize claims?

All prize claims are subject to standard security checks to ensure fairness and legitimacy. We may require proof of address or identity to verify claims.

17. How does MyHappyStreet handle personal information?

We only ask for your PayPal email address to pay you if you win. We never request your full PayPal details or share your personal information with third parties. Offensive or role-based email addresses are not allowed and will be removed.

18. How can I find out if my street has won?

The names of winning streets are posted on the draw history page on our website. If you have trouble accessing this page, please contact us immediately.
